Break Through Thinking

Einstien, Clausewitz, Dr. King and Martin Luther were all individuals whose "ideas" broke through scientific, military, civic, and religious thinking. What was the common denominator, in which each of these individuals had. Was it education, experience, practice, or luck? Could it have been a combination of all four. Let's start a discussion of how we can break through our thinking today to address some key challenges facing us. YOUR THOUGHTS

  1. Of all of these I would have to go with experience which helped define them and shape their thinking and messages and ideas. Einstien maybe not so much as the others but he do grow up in a Germany where technology was changing and improving at amazing speed and out-of-the-box thinking created (unfortunately for the world) weapons, armor, strategies, etc that changed the face of war. As for the other three they lived in a world that formed and shaped their ideas whether on the battlefield or in a church or in the deep south. The question is, without these experiences but with the same education and practice and "luck" would their messages (thinking) have been different, heard or even exist?
